The DBH 9152 radial shaft seal is a lip seal that closes off the passage of oil or grease between a rotating shaft and its housing. With 35 mm shaft diameter, 70 mm housing and 8 mm height, and Lx design, it is used in gearboxes, pumps, electric motors and transmission equipment to prevent leaks and the entry of dust or water. The DBH 9152 is a radial shaft seal with Lx design: a spring-loaded sealing lip that runs on the shaft and an outer body that is press-fitted into the housing. The Lx design combines a main nitrile lip with an auxiliary exclusion lip, which improves grease retention and protection against contaminants in applications with some dust or moisture.
