This policy explains what personal data we receive through this website, what we use it for and how you can access, correct or ask us to delete it, in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326.
Who is responsible for the data
The data controller is MR Accesorios Industriales SRL, located at Puerto Rico 1234, Martínez (postal code 1640), Buenos Aires province, Argentina. For any question about your data, write to ventas@mraccesoriosindustriales.com.
What data we receive
- Quote and contact forms: name, company, email address, phone, quantity, the message you write and the product you were viewing. They are only sent if you tick the consent box.
- WhatsApp: if you tap a WhatsApp button, the conversation continues in that app and we receive your number and what you write to us, as in any chat.
- Technical data: the IP address of each request to the site, which we use only briefly to limit repeated form submissions and which our network provider also processes to protect the site.
- Measurement: if you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads record, statistically, the pages you visit and whether you arrived from an ad. If you do not accept them, nothing is stored.
What we use it for
We use your data to answer your inquiry or quote request and to continue the business conversation you started. We do not sell your data or hand it to third parties to offer you other products, and we do not send you marketing emails.
Who else is involved
To run the site, some providers process data on our behalf: the email delivery service that delivers forms to our inbox, the server that hosts the site, the network that protects and speeds it up, Google (Analytics and Ads, only if you accept cookies) and WhatsApp, if you choose to write to us there. Forms are not stored in a website database: they reach our sales inbox by email.
Internal Google tools
We use Google APIs, such as the Search Console API, only to read search performance data for our own websites. These tools do not access data about the people who visit the site or third parties' Google accounts.
Cookies and your choice
When you visit the site we ask whether you accept analytics and ad measurement cookies. Until you answer, or if you decline, they stay off. You can change your choice by deleting this site's cookies in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, or to correct, update or delete it, by writing to ventas@mraccesoriosindustriales.com. Access is free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, under article 14, section 3, of Law 25,326.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority of Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the personal data protection rules in force.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
