Industrial pulleys

A pulley is defined by three specs: the groove section, the number of grooves, and the diameter. With those three, and the belt that is already mounted, you can request a quote.

We manufacture them ourselves, in Buenos Aires, under the EMMAR brand. The factory produces pulleys from one to eighteen grooves, in sections Z, A, B, C, and D, with QD-type bushing, and specials to drawing. If the pulley you have does not appear in any catalog, it is made from the drawing or by copying the part you brought in.

The 644 EMMAR pulleys on this page include the three specifications: diameter in millimeters, number of grooves, and section. Diameters range from 50 to 800 mm, grooves go up to ten, and sections are A, B, and C. What is not in the table is manufactured anyway: it is plant capacity, not catalog listings.

A pulley alone is almost never enough. It goes with taper bushings to mount and remove it from the shaft without a puller or heat, and the rest of the drive train —timing belts, roller chains, sprockets and gears— is under power transmission.
