The 180 7B pulley is a V-belt drive pulley, section B, with 180 mm diameter and 7 grooves. It is used to drive several shafts from a single motor, for example in blow molding lines, compressors, screens or process machines. Because it is in-house manufactured, EMMAR brand, the machining and balancing can be adjusted according to the application. This pulley has 180 mm diameter, 7 grooves and section B. It is a cast iron pulley, machined for section B V-belts, with ground grooves so the belt seats properly and does not slip. Belt tension is adjusted according to the equipment manual; if you do not have it, adjust until the belt does not slip on start-up. If the pulley works at high speed, it should be balanced.
