This pulley with 100 mm outside diameter, two grooves and section B is in-house manufactured, EMMAR brand, made in the Buenos Aires, Argentina factory for section B V-belt drives.
The two grooves allow mounting two belts in parallel, to transmit more power than with a single belt of the same diameter. Section B must match exactly the belt you are going to use: it is not interchangeable with sections A or C even if the diameter is similar.
It is used on motors, fans, compressors and pumps where the transmission ratio and the 100 mm diameter correspond to the speed required by the driven equipment. As it is an in-house manufactured size, it is also available in other diameters and numbers of grooves of the same section.
Shaft mounting is defined at the time of quoting: with interchangeable taper bushing, which facilitates assembly and disassembly without dismantling the rest of the drive, or with a bore and fixed key according to what your equipment needs.
