The DBH 9554 oil seal is a single-lip radial seal that mounts on the shaft and closes against the housing to retain lubricant and stop the ingress of dust, water or particles. Its A 109 design combines a sealing lip with a metal body that press-fits into the housing. It is used in gearboxes, pumps, electric motors and transmission equipment where a shaft rotates inside a fixed support.
