The DBH 9068 oil seal is a single-lip radial seal designed to stop oil or grease from passing at the point where a shaft passes through a housing. Its function is to retain the lubricant inside the assembly and slow the ingress of dust, water or particles that accelerate wear. It is used in gearboxes, pumps, electric motors and power transmission equipment where mounting space is limited.

This oil seal has dimensions of 11.00 mm shaft diameter, 35.00 mm housing diameter and 7.00 mm height, with an Lx design. Those three dimensions define whether or not it fits your machining: the shaft diameter sets the sealing lip, the housing diameter sets the interference in the bore and the height sets the available axial space.
