The DBH 5322 oil seal is a single-lip radial shaft seal designed to retain lubricant and block dust and water from entering rotating shafts. It is press-fitted into the housing and runs on the shaft with a flexible lip that compensates for minor misalignment. It is a wear part: when oil leakage or dirt ingress appears, it is replaced.
