The RUADIGON X-11 elastic band, equivalent to X-95, is the flexible component mounted in couplings of the X line. It transmits torque between the hubs and, at the same time, absorbs misalignments, vibrations and load peaks that would otherwise strike the bearings and structures. It is a wear part: with use it degrades and should be replaced to avoid losing performance or putting the rest of the assembly at risk.

This item is the elastic band of the RUADIGON coupling model X-11, which is equivalent to X-95. It is the elastomer part housed between the hub teeth and works as the transmission and damping element. It is not a complete coupling: it is the flexible spare part of the X series. If your coupling is X-11 or X-95, this band is the one corresponding to the wear component. To install it, check that the hubs are clean and free of burrs, and that the band fits without forcing. A poorly seated band heats up and tears prematurely. Also check the condition of the hubs: worn or loose teeth accelerate elastomer wear. If you notice cracks, permanent deformation or loss of elasticity, replace it. When selecting, take into account the torque and speed of the equipment, and do not mix bands of different age in the same coupling.
