MOLYKOTE BG lubricant is a high-performance assembly paste and lubricant available in two variants: BG-20 and BG-555. It is used to lubricate and protect chains, gears, cables and mechanisms exposed to high loads, vibration or corrosive environments. Its formulation forms a resistant film that reduces wear and eases the assembly of tight-fitting parts. MR Accesorios Industriales quotes it by WhatsApp with the exact code.

The BG designation identifies this line of MOLYKOTE lubricants. The codes sold are BG-20 and BG-555. Each responds to a specific formulation and use within the same family: one may be aimed at chain lubrication and the other at assembly or protection applications. To choose the right one, send us the full code and the equipment where it will be used.

These lubricants are used in industries such as food, cement, steel and mining, where equipment operates under high loads and exposure to dust, water or varying temperatures. They are also common in aggregate processing plants, the paper industry and packaging lines. In all cases, the lubricating film helps extend the service life of chains, gears and cables.

To select the right lubricant, take into account the type of mechanism, the load, the speed and the environmental conditions. On chains and gears, the application should cover the flanks and joints well. On tight assemblies, the paste eases assembly and prevents seizing. Cleaning the surfaces beforehand and applying uniformly improve performance. If the equipment operates at extreme temperatures or in contact with water, note it when requesting a quote.

MOLYKOTE lubricants are interchanged with equivalents from other brands depending on the application and the code. If the customer brings a reference from another company or an unidentified part, at MR Accesorios Industriales we tell you the compatible alternative. Interchangeability depends on the lubricant base, the film thickness and the service conditions. That is why it is best to request a quote with the original code or the equipment description.

To request a quote for the MOLYKOTE BG lubricant you need, send the code BG-20 or BG-555 by WhatsApp to MR Accesorios Industriales. You can also send a photo of the container or the equipment data sheet and we will reply shortly with the corresponding option. If you are looking for another variant in the line, write to us with the model and we will quote it.
