NSK withdrawal sleeves

An NSK withdrawal sleeve forms part of the seat for a tapered bore bearing on a cylindrical shaft. Its role belongs to the complete mounting arrangement, including axial retention and extraction components. It is not a separate tool added to any bearing. Adapter and withdrawal sleeves differ in arrangement and the intended installation and removal method; choosing between them requires examining the existing position as well as shaft diameter.

Identifying AH and AHX

AHX 310, AHX 311 and AH 2308 show the letter groups AHX and AH followed by numbers. The catalog lists a shaft attribute of 45 mm for the first example and 40 mm for the third. These values help verify identification, but do not establish a universal formula for every dimension. Preserve spaces, letters and the entire sequence. Removing X to match a similarly numbered part changes the reference.

Access and shaft position

At a process roller bearing position, the sleeve lies between shaft and bearing bore. Access to the threaded end, the shaft shoulder and the operating retention arrangement matter when servicing this location. A sketch showing nearby components helps establish the path needed to remove parts. Identify which accessories remain in service and which are requested; a nut used for withdrawal should not be assumed to be included.

Preparing the technical inquiry

For a quote, provide sleeve and bearing designations, quantity, measured shaft diameter and photographs of the installed position. Add length and thread measurements when identification is incomplete. Mark the relevant bearing position on an available drawing to avoid mixing parts from opposite ends. MR Accesorios Industriales can review those details; the final reference must correspond to the documented mounting geometry.

Does it suit a cylindrical bearing bore?

This arrangement requires checking the bearing's tapered seat and its shaft.

Is it an adapter sleeve?

No; compare arrangement and retention before substitution.

Is the nut included?

List the required accessories separately to define the scope.
